2. User Audit Dashboard
The User Audit Dashboard is an operational tool designed to resolve individual user issues quickly and accurately. If you have a dedicated community manager, we strongly recommend granting them access to this dashboard. In practice, the vast majority of user complaints and disputes can be resolved using audit-level visibility. The audit dashboard allows you to:- Query a specific user by account ID or identity
- Inspect a user’s full point balance and issuance history
- Look up a specific transaction hash to confirm whether it was tracked
- Trace incentive issuance back to a specific activity or point source
- Verify completion of milestones, including the exact completion timestamp
- Understand bonus eligibility and multiplier effects
- Review points that were deleted or excluded
- Analyze how questing platform data is being consumed
- Review token snapshots and inclusion logic
- Inspect a user’s referral network, showing which users they referred
Notes on data limits
To keep the UI responsive and usable:- All in-dashboard queries are limited to 2,000 rows per view
- Standard data exports are limited to approximately 1 million rows
