This article will help you understand the complete journey of creating, monitoring, managing and concluding a retention campaign thats run out of Absinthe. Campaigns are white-label and full customizable methods to create incentivized customer engagement journeys. Campaigns are designed as a set of Point Sources and optionally, a Campaign Webpage that allows for narrative storytelling. Via Campaigns, Absinthe leverages Data Integrations to track user activity, gamifies it via Point Sources, and rewards Points or Vouchers in recognition of this activity. A Campaign has 3 to 5 stages, depending on whether its a Voucher campaign, or a Points campaign. Configure Campaign - Setup the goals of the campaign, select which user activity to reward, its gamification rules, and the campaign webpage design Launch Campaign - Enable users to start benefitting from the Campaign, and make the webpage viewable Launch Trading - Enable users to tokenize and trade their points by launching a secondary market for them Release New Changes - As you monitor your Campaign’s performance, periodically modify or add new reward rules Enable Redemptions - Halt the issuance of tradable points, and allow for pro-rata redemptions of those points against your reward asset Spin Down Campaign - Spin down the campaign website, halt issuance of all non-tradable points, and export the final activity leaderboard If you are not issuing Vouchers with your campaign, then the Launch Trading and Enable Redemption steps will not apply.
