Everything you do in the Absinthe platform happens within your workspace. Workspaces let you gather and target user data seamlessly across your quests, socials, token, protocol, app and other sources. This makes sure that you always have up-to-date information about each user, regardless of the platform they’re engaging with.
Absinthe tracks your users across all your user surfaces. Each platform, app or protocol that connects with Absinthe is called a Data Integration, accessible in your Workspace. Learn more about Data Integrations. Aside from the Protocol Adapter Library and the Server-to-Server API, Absinthe has a large number of external partners that enrich your user journeys including popular questing platforms, social networks and analytics providers.
When a Data Integration is added to your Workspace, Absinthe sets up a daily heartbeat (or pulse) to fetch relevant aggregate statistics. Over time, this data generates a baseline for your marketing and retention initiatives and helps successfully measure lift. Learn more about Pulse Analytics. Some common Pulse Analytics fetched per day include number of token holders, discord members, quest participants and token market cap.
Campaigns are white-label and full customizable methods to create incentivized customer engagement journeys. Learn more about the Campaign Lifecycle. Campaigns leverage Data Integrations to track user activity via Point Sources, and implement a gamification layer on top by rewarding Points or Vouchers.
Campaigns are designed as a set of Point Sources and optionally, a Campaign Webpage that allows for narrative storytelling. Each Point Source consists of a data integration (e.g DEX trade, X impressions, Galxe quest participation) and a set of Gamifications. Point Sources will issue Points or Vouchers based on the tracked activity and its issuance ruleset.
Within each Campaign, the value of user activity and engagement tracked via Data Integrations and weighted by the Gamification ruleset determined by various Point Sources is denominated in points. This is akin to XP, or leaderboard scores. Points can optionally be issued in multiple currencies or be made tradable via Vouchers.
When Points are made tradable (exchangeable between users) they become Vouchers. Vouchers are IOUs issued by a Campaign based on gamified user activity. Each Voucher represents a pro-rate claim to the rewards that the Campaign will distribute towards its end.
Users are identified by their digital credentials - which may vary depending on the platform the user is interacting with. Each credential is called an Identity. A user may have more than one identity. For each Campaign, users are recognized by a designated Primary Identity.
Campaigns optionally generate a Campaign Webpage - a white label and fully customizable interactive journey board that guides campaign participants through useful engagement activities. This campaign webpage is designed in Absinthe’s Landing Pages builder - a drag and drop editor. A Widget is an individual component that you can use within the builder.
