Each campaign page in Absinthe includes a dedicated SEO Settings panel. This controls how your campaign appears in search engines and when shared on social or messaging platforms. These settings are optional but strongly recommended if the campaign page is intended to be public-facing or indexed.

Search Engine Optimization

Website Title This is the page title shown in browser tabs and used as the primary title in search engine results. Keep it concise and descriptive. Most search engines truncate titles beyond ~60 characters. Website Description This is the meta description used by search engines to summarize your campaign in search results. It does not affect rankings directly, but it strongly influences click-through rate. Aim for a clear, compelling summary under 160 characters. Canonical URL Defines the preferred (authoritative) URL for this campaign page. Use this if the same content is accessible via multiple URLs, or if you are embedding or linking the campaign from other domains. This helps search engines avoid duplicate content issues. Optional. Allow search engines to index this page When enabled, search engines are permitted to crawl and index the campaign page. Disable this for private, test, or short-lived campaigns that should not appear in search results.

Open Graph & Social Media

These fields control how the campaign appears when shared on platforms like X (Twitter), Discord, Telegram, Slack, WhatsApp, and most modern messaging apps. Open Graph Title The headline shown when the campaign link is shared. If not set, platforms may fall back to the Website Title, but results can be inconsistent. Open Graph Description The description shown under the title when the link is shared. This should be written for humans, not search engines. Keep it short and contextual. Open Graph Image The preview image shown when the link is shared. You can either upload a custom image or enable auto-generation. Auto-generated images follow Absinthe’s default campaign styling. Image Alt Text Descriptive text for the Open Graph image. This improves accessibility and provides context to screen readers and assistive technologies. It may also be used by some platforms and crawlers. Twitter Card Type Controls how the link is rendered on X. Summary with Large Image displays a prominent image with title and description. This is the recommended default for campaign pages.

Live Preview Panel

The live preview shows an approximation of how your campaign link will appear when shared on social platforms. This is a visual aid only; final appearance may vary slightly by platform and client. Use these settings to ensure your campaign pages are discoverable, shareable, and presented consistently across search engines and social channels.
